Failed deliveries

If our couriers cannot deliver the item because nobody is present at the address, they will leave a card. Delivery will then be attempted on two other occasions. After this point, you will need to call your local depot to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the courier receives no contact from you after a period of approximately 2 working days, they will return the package to us. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for re-delivery.

Returns: We accept returns as per Within 14 days, un-opened. The customer will pay all associated  return costs including postage. If it is established  that the product is defective then we will be happy to reimburse you for postage costs, providing we are supplied with sufficient photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery which  will be used to determine the extent of damage and a dated proof of return postage from the buyer.

Communication: We aim to answer all messages within 24 hours.Weekends may take longer due to our shorter opening hours.
