Please note that the ladder is optional and will incur an additional cost.
If you opt for the addition of the ladder it will be affixed to the unit which runs on a rail across the top. The ladder protrudes approximately 35-40 cm. We can also adjust the height to make it look more discreet and is subject to the customer’s preferences.

The ladder runs on a rail and protrudes about 35 cm above it. A piece of this can be sawn off so that the ladder protrudes about 10 cm above it.
Our pieces are handmade, therefore sizes are approximated.

We accept returns as for non bespoke items, Within 14 days, un-opened.
The customer will pay all associated return costs including postage. If it is established that the product is defective then we will be happy to reimburse you for postage costs, providing we are supplied with sufficient photographic evidence which is used to determine the extent of damage and a dated proof of return postage from the buyer.
