In-stock items normally ship within two business days of placing an order. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled.
Please note that shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.

Failed deliveries (UK)
If our couriers cannot deliver the item because nobody is present at the address, they will leave a card. Delivery will then be attempted on two other occasions. After this point, you will need to call your local depot to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the courier receives no contact from you after a period of approximately 2 working days, they will return the package to us. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for re-delivery.
Returns: We do not accept returns for bespoke/customisable items. For stock items we accept returns within 14 days, un-opened. The customer will pay all associated return costs including postage. If it is established that the product is defective then we will be happy to reimburse you for postage costs, providing we are supplied with sufficient photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery which will be used to determine the extent of damage and a dated proof of return postage from the buyer.

THE ONEROUS FALLS ON THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE ITEM(S) ARE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR EQUIVALENT ACCEPTABLE PACKAGING E.G IF POLYSTYRENE/BUBBLE WRAP WAS USED TO PACKAGE AND SEND TO YOU, THEN WE EXPECT ITEM TO BE RETURNED IN POLYSTYRENE/BUBBLE WRAP AND NO FURTHER/ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT IS SUSTAINED TO ITEM(S). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT ACCORDINGLY FOR FURTHER DAMAGE SUSTAINED. REFUNDS ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION AND MARKED AGAINST ORIGINAL INVENTORY TAKEN WHEN GOODS ARE ORIGINALLY SENT OUT TO CUSTOMERS
